If an order/purchase is paid & confirmed
through PayPal and the completion/shipment date is unacceptable
to the purchaser, you will receive a full refund to your credit
card/account with PayPal.
I will gladly refund the purchase price (minus shipping/handling
cost) of any completed box upon it's return, in the same condition
as when received, within 10 days from receipt.
The only exceptions to this policy are: A box that has been 'personalized'
with engraved initials or name;
A limited-edition (1 of 1) custom box built for a very specific/unique
purpose.
Since September 11, 2001, a percentage of all net sales is being
donated to the American Red Cross. |
